Ontologies are becoming a standard way to present and integrate data on the Semantic Web. New ontologies are being built and existing ontologies are being reused. To find the most appropriate ontologies for their reuse, ontologists consider different factors. One of the important factors is the information about how ontologies are related through so called ontology mappings. In this paper we focus on ontologies in the biomedical domain and describe a work in progress that uses visualization techniques to illustrate mappings between the ontologies.
