For now, only string similarity and coverage of the terms are considered for calculating the score. In the future it would be good to think about the following factors:
- Popularity of ontologies (e.g. BioPortal offers "most viewed" ontologies).
- Ontology Recommender (http://www.bioontology.org/ontology-recommender)?
