The figure below shows 5 identified communities of densely connected ontologies which are represented with 5 different colours. A node represents an ontology and an edge represents a mapping between two ontologies. Due to the high number of mappings between the ontologies, not all edges can be shown. Node labels represent ontology name abbreviations. Edge thickness is proportional to number of concept mappings, where a thicker line represents a higher number of mapped concepts. The node size is proportional to betweenness centrality. A larger node represents higher frequency of occurrence of this particular node in all shortest paths between any two other nodes.
